Refund and Returns Policy

At Skal Apparel, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Returns

1.1 You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@skalapparel.com with your order number and reason for the return.
1.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
1.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

2. Refunds

2.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
2.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
2.3 If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3.2 If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1 The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If your refund has not been processed within the stated timeframe, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
